Manhattanville College, Purchase, New York
This 48 unit complex complete with its own parking and sitework is a Manhattanville College owned living facility built specifically to house the faculty of the Manhattanville College in conjunction with faculty of the Japanese owned EIO High School also located adjacent to the college campus. This project consisted of 48 dwelling units designed in three buildings with 16 units in each. One of the three buildings contained a full basement which located the storage bins for all tenants. Each of the buildings were wood framed on two levels with wood truss roof framing. The design incorporated central air conditioning for each building, and each individual unit contained a hot water heater.
