New River Child Care/Learning Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida
The newly constructed 12,600 square foot custom designed child care/learning center for children from six weeks to five years of age. The project was built under an accelerated schedule in order to meet a moving deadline dictated by the project owner. This building features all state of the art HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems as well as numerous safety and security features required due to the nature of the young occupants. This facility has already achieved the highest ratings from the state for the construction of this new learning center.
