Initially engaged as Construction Manager to oversee the completion of the new 120-unit townhouse development. The project also included a new marina, boat storage and clubhouse. This $12,000,000 development commenced its second phase of construction. Although only 25% complete, VITCAR Consulting Co., Inc. d/b/a VITCAR Construction was engaged to analyze the entire development budget for all cost centers as well as to act in the capacity of General Contractor. The information provided to the project’s owners included a development program which included accurate construction budgets to complete the project by phase as well as projected construction schedules to mirror the construction budgets.
