Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, New York
This major hospital expansion incorporated the construction of 75 new hospital beds as well as the complete renovation of the existing 200,000 square foot hospital facilities. First to be completed was the new intensive care unit with ten beds. The new emergency department contained 14 beds. New endoscopy, surgical recovery and ambulatory procedure suites were added. Finally, two new six story, steel framed, masonry clad wings were added to the existing five story structure.
