The Medical Arts Professional Center is a newly completed 42,824 square foot Medical/Professional Office Building located in Boynton Beach, Florida. VITCAR Consulting Co., Inc. d/b/a VITCAR Construction has developed this project from its inception for the Owner. VITCAR Consulting Co., Inc. d/b/a VITCAR Construction was responsible for all design, engineering, and the approval process through all municipal agencies.
The Medical Arts Professional Center was designed as an efficient one (1) story building eliminating the need for common area spaces. The 3.9-acre site maximized the development for a one (1) story structure while maximizing the parking requirements, providing an additional 19 spaces than required by the building code. The project was designed with a covered canopy entryway leading to an open landscaped interior courtyard where all main entrances to the future medical office suites are located.
The proposed architectural building style can be described as “Southwestern”, with the design of the exterior (score lines, reveals and colors) chosen to break up the mass of the building.
