City of White Plains Transportation Center, White Plains, New York
This major downtown development project included a multi-phase combination eight-story, 800 car parking garage, railroad station, long and short distance bus terminal, and landmark clock tower. The project had to be completed within the confines of a major regional operating commuter rail facility, as well as straddling the only western automobile and pedestrian entry into the city.
