The $22,000,000 construction of four theaters provides dramatic, musical and dance presentations. Interior housing provides storage of scenery and riggings, and theater shells situated within outer shells provide maximum insulation. A centralized upper lobby accommodates audiences of all four theaters. Wide ranging seating is offered in flexible combinations, audiences can sit around the stage, the stages can encircle the audience, or a traditional formation can be employed.
