This project involved the complete renovation of a 3500 square foot home and the construction of a new 1500 square foot two-story and one-story additions to the existing foot print of the house. The new one-story addition allowed for new panoramic views of the water while two new master bedroom suites included in the two-story addition also took advantage of these views.
